1 head celery
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce
1/4 tsp salt
Peel celery stalks to remove tough strings. Slice diagonally into 1/2-in. pieces. It should measure about 5 cups. Melt butter in a large saucepan set over medium. Add chili-garlic sauce and salt. Cook 1 min, then add celery.
Stir occasionally until celery starts to soften, about 6 min. Stir in 1 more tsp chili-garlic sauce if desired.
