Lemony Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless, chicken thighs

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp dried sage leaves, or oregano leaves

  • pinch salt

  • pinch pepper

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Saute chicken in butter until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Sprinkle with dried sage or oregano leaves. Squeeze lemon juice overtop and turn to coat, 1 minute.
