6 skinless, boneless, chicken thighs
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried sage leaves, or oregano leaves
pinch salt
pinch pepper
juice from 1/2 lemon
Saute chicken in butter until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Sprinkle with dried sage or oregano leaves. Squeeze lemon juice overtop and turn to coat, 1 minute.
