Ingredients

  • 4 large frozen beef or sirloin burgers

  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 finely chopped jalapeno

  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup white wine

Instructions

  • Lightly brown frozen burgers in a non-stick frying pan set over medium-high heat. Drain off any fat, leaving just a film on pan. If frying pan is not large enough to brown burgers all at once, sauté in batches of two. Burgers shrink as they cook, allowing 4 to eventually fit in a large frying pan.

  • Sprinkle browned burgers with a mixture of garlic cloves, jalapeño pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour in white wine. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer until burgers are done, from 7 to 10 minutes.
