6 plum tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400F. Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out and discard seeds. Toss with oil and salt. Arrange cut-side up on a baking sheet.
Roast in centre of oven until tomatoes are tender, 30 min. Transfer to a rack to cool completely.
