Chill out after an afternoon in the sun with healthy sips of our strawberry, banana and papaya smoothie.
8 large strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup chilled papaya juice
Wash strawberries, then hull. Slice in half. Peel banana and slice into thirds. Place in a blender or food processor. Pour in juice.
Whirl until puréed and frothy. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
