Cream cheese icing

Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese, about 3/4 of a 250-g pkg at room temperature

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 3/4 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat cream cheese with honey, vanilla and orange juice until creamy. Spread over cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Calories 107, Protein 4g, Carbohydrates 7g, Fat 8g.

Honey instead of icing sugar sweetens this icing.
