200 g cream cheese, about 3/4 of a 250-g pkg at room temperature
2 tbsp honey
3/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Using an electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat cream cheese with honey, vanilla and orange juice until creamy. Spread over cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
