4 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 green onion
1 cup light mayonnaise
2 deli chickens
Finely chop tomatoes. Thinly slice onion. Place mayo in a small bowl. Stir in tomatoes and onion. Cut chicken into serving-size pieces, then arrange on a platter. Place bowl of tomato mayo on platter.
