Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Lightly oil grill and heat barbecue to medium. In a small bowl, stir soy sauce with lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic and Tabasco. Brush over both sides of chicken, then place on barbecue. Grill with lid closed, turning and basting halfway through with remaining soy mixture, until chicken feels springy when pressed, 12 to 16 minutes. Great with our Strawberry-spinach salad (also in the Recipe File).
