Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless ham, preferably light

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp frozen undiluted orange juice concentrate

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Place ham in a 9-inch (23-cm) pie plate. Score top of ham in a diamond pattern. In a bowl, stir brown sugar with frozen undiluted orange juice concentrate and mustard. Spoon over ham. Bake, uncovered, in centre of preheated oven, basting often with pan juices until ham is richly glazed, about 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 8 to 10 minutes, then slice. Arrange on a platter. Drizzle pan juices overtop. Great with Creamy Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes (also in the Recipe File).
