Cajun-coated ribs

Instructions

  • To tenderize, cut ribs so they will easily fit into a large saucepan. Cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce heat to low and simmer until ribs are fork-tender, about 1 hour. Drain ribs.

  • When ready to cook, oil grill and preheat barbecue. Stir all seasonings together. Cut ribs into serving-size portions. For extra moistness, brush ribs with vegetable oil. Thickly coat with seasoning mixture. Place on grill about 3 inches (7.5 cm) above heat. Grill, turning occasionally, until browned, from 20 to 25 minutes.
