Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 1/2 tsp sriracha

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 340 g cooked frozen shrimp, thawed and peeled

  • 2 cups diced seedless watermelon

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • STIR lime zest and juice with sriracha and salt in a large bowl. Stir in shrimp, watermelon, avocado, bell pepper, onion and cilantro.
