1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 tsp sriracha
1/4 tsp salt
340 g cooked frozen shrimp, thawed and peeled
2 cups diced seedless watermelon
1 avocado, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
STIR lime zest and juice with sriracha and salt in a large bowl. Stir in shrimp, watermelon, avocado, bell pepper, onion and cilantro.
