2 cups frozen strawberries
2 tbsp superfine sugar
2 tsp rosewater
2 tsp lemon juice
LET frozen strawberries stand at room temperature for 10 min. Whirl in a food processor with sugar, rosewater and lemon juice until smooth. Serve sorbet immediately.
