Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 2 tbsp superfine sugar

  • 2 tsp rosewater

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • LET frozen strawberries stand at room temperature for 10 min. Whirl in a food processor with sugar, rosewater and lemon juice until smooth. Serve sorbet immediately.
