2 peaches, halved and pitted
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
vanilla ice cream
sliced toasted almonds
PREHEAT barbecue to medium.
BRUSH cut sides peaches with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Oil grill. Barbecue peach halves, cut-side down, rotating often, until grill marks form, 2 to 3 min. Transfer to 4 dessert dishes.
TOP each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sliced toasted almonds.
