You can use almost any variety of tea in your pantry for this instant dessert. Chai, Earl Grey and green tea are some of our favourites.
1 cup water
3 chai tea bags
4 1/2-cup portions vanilla ice cream
BOIL water in a small saucepan over high. Remove from heat and add chai tea bags. Steep for 5 min.
SCOOP portions of vanilla ice cream into 4 dessert dishes or teacups.
REMOVE tea bags from water, then pour tea over ice cream. Serve immediately.
