It’s easy to get caught up in other people’s dramas when you’re on the edge yourself. This week your self-care needs to be on point so that you don’t act out when someone else is acting out. It may seem like they’re being a jerk, but they probably need your help. Have patience for other people’s process, even if they’re moving way slower than you wish they were. As an added bonus, you may find that a more chill pace leaves space for you to actually feel better — try it!
