Meet Generation Y, the next wave of twentysomethings revolutionizing office culture with lengthy latte breaks, midday yoga classes and a 9:01 a.m. to 4:59 p.m. work ethic. How do you bridge the gap with your slacker junior colleagues? "Have a conversation with them, and abandon your natural prejudgments," says Giselle Kovary, a corporate consultant at n-gen People Performance. "In the age of cellphones and BlackBerrys, getting the job done doesn't require being chained to your desk." Who knows? Maybe you'll find you like latte breaks, too.
