Podcast: Short story excerpt from Miranda Hill’s Sleeping Funny

Author Miranda Hill dropped by the Chatelaine offices to record an excerpt from her new book, Sleeping Funny. She chose to read from a story she calls “an almost modern fairytale”: “Precious,” about a mother who dotes on her incredibly beautiful daughter — to the almost-total neglect of her ill-favoured older son.
