How to make a feather boa wreath

Glam’s the word this season, and nothing says “dahling” like a hot-pink feather-boa wreath. It’s a cinch to pull off in the five minutes between cocktail parties and Christmas bake sales. Run to the closest dollar store, snap up three feather boas, wrap them around a wreath form (you can buy them at craft stores, or even make one out of cardboard) and hang it on your door. Now back to the bubbly!
