Breathe new life into a yard-sale castoff with a sleek coat of paint. Glossy spray paint made specifically for ceramics, like Rust-oleum Universal, hides cracks and chips in an old piece, while highlighting its shape and texture. You'll have a display-worthy monochromatic sculpture.

Clean Use a sponge and dish soap to remove dirt from nooks and crannies.

Spray Set up shop in a well-ventilated area. Prop up the lid and base to prevent drips and harsh paint edges. Dry Leave your new accessory to air-dry until paint is no longer tacky. This may take up to two hours.
