Reinvent ceiling medallions to make a stunning tone-on-tone wall installation

Instant art: This quick project makes a big impact. We took our cue from the graded colours of the ombré fad in fashion, painting nine 12-in. ceiling decorations in varying shades of blush. Pick five colours off a single paint chip—we chose white to watermelon—and ask the store to mix them, plus the half shades in between.
