A sweet centrepiece for your Thanksgiving table

Wow your guests with a colourful sugared fruit display that's so easy to make!

1. Choose vibrant fruit Clementines, plums, grapes and pomegranates are all traditional, colourful choices.

2. Brush with egg white Use fresh whites for decorative fruit, or the powdered kind and water for an edible version.

3. Coat with sugar Try superfine sugar for a snowy, frosty look. Dry on a rack or parchment.

Tip: Make no more than a day or two in advance and choose long-lasting fruit—the sugar should preserve it for at least a week.
