To My Uncle

Recently, my uncle was diagnosed with esophageal cancer, and yesterday my cousin sent an update about how he's faring...which I think can be summarized as bravely but uncomfortably.  I hereby abuse the very public forum of this blog to send a very personal message: CANCER IS TOTAL CR@P. Hang in there. I love you Uncle Sam.
