You may believe juggling a bunch of things makes you a superwoman, but — sadly — it doesn’t, says a study in American Sociology Review. Researchers found working moms spent 48 hours a week multi-tasking — which only left them more stressed .

The fix: Train yourself to focus! Set a timer for 10 minutes, and try to knock one thing off your to-do list.
