I'm feeling guilty about having cancer

It seems impossible to avoid feeling guilty - even about things that are totally outside of your control.

After I finished this video, it made me think about making the most of every day. To avoid guilt, the best strategy is to take advantage of every moment to do all the things that are most important to you. It relates back to living each day as if it were your last. Do the things you want to do, say things you want other people to hear - those words could be the last ones that they have to hold on to. Spend time with those you love and show them how much they mean to you. Remember that it is OK to ask for help - weakness and need should not lead to feelings of guilt. People want to feel needed.
