DSCI0024 Done with a duck.JPG

Let’s hear it for Ma Duckie who sent in this photo of her uniquely beautified bald head along with the following note:

“A little background - 15 days into my first cycle, it started falling out.  I decided to take the bull by the horns and shave it all off.  My husband had fun with it, and gave me a duck (my nickname and license plate read Ma Duckie). I have also been blogging about it.  Read about it here.  I t has been a tough go, in that our 19 year old daughter has her own battle with Cervical cancer right now.   Anyway, there is a lot of support around out there and you are helping.  Thanks.”

Wishing you and your daughter good luck and much couragio, Ma Duckie.
