A great, active way to help abused women rebuild their lives

If you love to get fit (and really, who doesn’t?), mark April 30 on your calendar. That’s the day of the first-ever BootCamp for Shelter from the Storm, taking place in Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Calgary.

If you love to get fit (and really, who doesn’t?), mark April 30 on your calendar. That’s the day of the first-ever BootCamp for Shelter from the Storm, taking place in Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Calgary.  It’s an hour long, GoodLife Fitness boot camp to raise money for local shelters and for programs that help abused women rebuild their lives.  We need you to help us help them!

Rogers, our parent company, is a sponsor, and a team (including me) from Chatelaine is participating in the Toronto event. Hope to see you there! If you would like to make a donation, please visit Shelter from the Storm.
