Bad Request Troubleshooting

You may have recently noticed issues with the Chatelaine website showing “400 Bad Request” error messages when you click on a link. After some investigation, we’ve arrived at a solution. In order to fix this issue, we require you to clear your cookies and cache, which only takes a moment. Here are device and browser specific instructions on how to do it:
