Smoked salmon bites appetizer and scotch cocktail

Great Scot cocktail

Combine 3 tbsp pale single malt scotch (such as the Macallan 10-year) with 1 tsp lime cordial in a lowball glass. Fill with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime (optional). Serves 1.

Smoked salmon bites

Cut 4 slices rye bread, such as roggenbrot, into 4 smaller squares. Top each with 1 tsp honey-Dijon mustard and a small strip of smoked salmon. Garnish with fresh dill. Serves 4.
