The handy tool that will make you eat more fruit

You'll be liable to go on a pineapple bender with this kitchen gadget on hand.

Cored pineapple

A friend recently brought over a kitchen tool that slices and cores a pineapple in 10 seconds flat. I had been complaining to her that my husband doesn’t eat enough fruit because he won’t take the time to cut it up, so this was her handy solution. It's called the Kitchen Stuff Plus Spiral Pineapple Corer.

He loved it, and has been on a pineapple-bender ever since.  So when I brought it into the test kitchen to show the rest of the team, we took notice that it left behind a perfectly hollowed out pineapple. We all agreed it seemed like a pity to see it go to waste, so when in doubt, make a fruity cocktail!
