Ingredients

  • 4 regular-sized flour tortillas

  • 1/2 250-g container spreadable cream cheese

  • Poultry or Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup jellied cranberry sauce

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

  • 210 g thinly sliced deli turkey

Instructions

  • Lay tortillas on counter. Spread each with cream cheese but not quite to the edges. Evenly sprinkle with poultry seasoning.

  • Place cranberry sauce in a bowl. Using a fork, mash cranberry sauce until it reaches a jam-like consistency. Dab about a tbsp (15 mL) over each tortilla. Don't spread. Sprinkle with green onion. Divide turkey and layer over tortillas. Gently roll up. Tightly wrap each in plastic wrap, twisting the ends to seal. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour or overnight. Use a serrated knife to slice cold rolls into pinwheels. Overlap on a platter.
