Faux-tisserie chicken with dilly potatoes.
These small spuds require virtually no prep – just toss in paprika and olive oil, then roast.
750 g baby potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Place potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet or, if serving with our Turkey Roll With Prosciutto Stuffing (also in the Recipe File), simply scatter on pan around turkey. Roast, uncovered, in centre of preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until fork-tender, 40 to 60 minutes.
