olive oil
2 frozen beef sirloin burgers, or chicken burgers
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 zucchini, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup crumbled feta
Lightly coat a large, non-stick frying pan with oil and set over medium-high heat. When hot, add burgers. Cook until browned, 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in pasta sauce. Add zucchini and oregano. Cover and simmer, without stirring, until burgers are cooked through and zucchini is tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
