1/2 cup strong coffee
3 tbsp granulated sugar
225 g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
In a small saucepan set over low heat, stir coffee with sugar until dissolved. Stir in chocolate and butter. Stir often until smooth and hot. Then stir in vanilla. Pour into a small bowl or individual ramekins. Serve with dippers.
