Zucchini and pea sauté

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • pinch hot-red-chili-flakes

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  • SLICE 2 medium zucchini into french-fry-sized sticks. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil, then 1 small minced garlic clove, zucchini and a pinch of red-chili flakes. Sauté 1 min, then add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt. Cook until zucchini starts to soften, about 2 min. Add 1 cup frozen peas and continue cooking until heated through, about 2 more min.
