2 medium zucchini
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
pinch hot-red-chili-flakes
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup frozen peas
SLICE 2 medium zucchini into french-fry-sized sticks. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil, then 1 small minced garlic clove, zucchini and a pinch of red-chili flakes. Sauté 1 min, then add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt. Cook until zucchini starts to soften, about 2 min. Add 1 cup frozen peas and continue cooking until heated through, about 2 more min.
