Just a few simple ingredients – baby corn, oyster mushrooms and snow peas – can make a hearty vegetarian meal. Meat lovers can add their choice ingredient to their liking.
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
398-mL can dried Asian-style miniature corn
2 handfuls trimmed snow peas
114-g pkg oyster mushrooms
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
HEAT a large frying pan on high. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil. Stir-fry 2 sliced garlic cloves for 30 sec. Add a 398-mL can of drained Asian-style miniature corn, 2 handfuls trimmed snow peas and a 114-g pkg oyster mushrooms, torn into large pieces. Stir-fry for 2 min. Add 2 tsp each of fish sauce and brown sugar and cook 1 more min.
