Fast, fresh and crisp, this is the homemade dill pickle recipe you have to try for your next BBQ. This simple recipe takes just six ingredients including salt and water.
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 mini cucumbers, sliced into quarters lengthwise
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
BOIL vinegar with water, sugar and salt in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Pour over cucumber spears and dill in a large bowl. Refrigerate dill pickles until ready to serve.
