Chatelaine Triple Tested

Fast, fresh and crisp, this is the homemade dill pickle recipe you have to try for your next BBQ. This simple recipe takes just six ingredients including salt and water.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 3 mini cucumbers, sliced into quarters lengthwise

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  • BOIL vinegar with water, sugar and salt in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Pour over cucumber spears and dill in a large bowl. Refrigerate dill pickles until ready to serve.
