2 plum tomatoes
2 green onions
500 g ground pork or ground beef
1 cup antipasto sauce
Finely chop tomatoes and slice onions. Lightly coat a large frying pan with oil and set over medium heat. When hot, crumble in beef. Add tomatoes, onion and antipasto sauce. Using a fork, stir frequently, breaking up meat until no longer pink, 6 to 8 min. Serve over buttered egg noodles or spoon into lettuce cups.
