Dilled pickled green beans

Ingredients

  • Trimmed green beans

  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • Sprigs of fresh dill

Instructions

  • BOIL 500 g trimmed green beans in salted water for 4 min. Drain. Plunge into ice water until cold. Pat dry and pack into jars with sprigs of fresh dill.

  • HEAT 1 1/2 cups white vinegar with 1 cup sugar until sugar dissolves. Pour into jars.
