2 tbsp butter
1 onion, sliced
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup red-wine vinegar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2-Jan small red cabbage
sour cream, for garnish
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large pot over medium-high. Add 1 sliced onion, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 1/3 cup redwine vinegar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Stir until sugar is dissolved, 1 min. Add half of 1 small red cabbage, cut into 6 wedges with core intact. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until cabbage is tender, 15 to 20 min. Garnish with sour cream.
