Swiss chard with bacon and golden raisins

Swiss chard with bacon and golden raisins

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bacon, chopped

  • 2 shallots, sliced

  • 2 tbsp golden raisins

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, coarsely chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • COOK bacon in a non-stick frying pan over medium until crisp, 5 to 7 min. Set aside. Leave 1 tbsp fat in pan.

  • ADD shallots and raisins. Cook for 3 min.

  • ADD Swiss chard. Cook until stems soften, 3 min. Add lemon juice, salt and bacon. Season with pepper.
