3 slices of bacon, chopped
2 shallots, sliced
2 tbsp golden raisins
1 bunch Swiss chard, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
COOK bacon in a non-stick frying pan over medium until crisp, 5 to 7 min. Set aside. Leave 1 tbsp fat in pan.
ADD shallots and raisins. Cook for 3 min.
ADD Swiss chard. Cook until stems soften, 3 min. Add lemon juice, salt and bacon. Season with pepper.
