150 tp 210 g thickly sliced Parma ham or prosciutto, about 8 to 10 slices
210 g dried figs
130-g log creamy goat cheese
shredded fresh basil
Slice or cut each Parma ham slice into 2 to 3 pieces. Cut figs in half. Spread goat cheese on cut-side of each fig. Place cheese-side down in the centre of a piece of ham. Snugly wrap Parma ham around the fig.
Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with basil. If making ahead, cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature up to 1 hour. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
