Crunchy Japanese apple salad.

1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 tsp wasabi paste
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 large shallot, thinly sliced
3 radishes, thinly sliced
2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
WHISK oil with vinegar, ginger, wasabi and sugar in a medium bowl. Add shallot, radishes and apples. Toss well to coat.
