4 cups broccoli florets
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
BRING water to a boil in a medium pot. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is bright green and just tender, about 1 min. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
WHISK oil with lemon juice, honey and salt in a medium bowl. Add broccoli, feta and olives. Toss until well coated.
