Ingredients

  • 4 slices rye bread

  • 4 tsp honey-Dijon mustard

  • small strips smoked salmon

  • fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut 4 slices rye bread, such as roggenbrot, into 4 smaller squares. Top each with 1 tsp honey-Dijon mustard and a small strip of smoked salmon. Garnish with fresh dill.

Serving Suggestion: Great Scot
