227-g store-bought thin pizza crust
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
Preheat oven to 500F (250C). For a lightly golden, crispy crust, place an empty baking sheet in centre of preheated oven. Slice pepper into thin strips. Pit olives, then coarsely chop. Remove baking sheet from oven to a heat-resistant surface. Place crust on hot sheet. Spread sauce overtop right to edges. Scatter with pepper, olives and feta. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake in centre of preheated 500F (250C) oven until edges of crust are deep golden and feta is slightly softened, about 8 minutes. Slice into wedges. Great with a leafy spinach-and-tomato salad.
