3 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp natural almond or peanut butter
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp tamari
2 tsp honey
2 tsp finely grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp hot-red-chili-flakes
WHISK all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with desired grain bowl or salad ingredients. Dressing will keep well, covered and refrigerated, up to 3 days.
