Chatelaine Triple Tested

This combination of toppings, inspired by savoury veggie pancakes called okonomiyaki, is creamy, crunchy, sweet and sour all at once.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ketchup

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp finely chopped sushi ginger

  • 1 tbsp sushi ginger juice

  • 2/3 cup crumbled dry ramen noodles

  • 1 sheet nori, cut into small strips

Instructions

  • STIR ketchup with Worcestershire and soy in a small bowl. Stir mayo with ginger and juice in another small bowl.

  • TOAST ramen in a small non-stick frying pan over medium until golden, 3 min.

  • SPOON sauces over hot dogs. Top with ramen and nori strips.
