We put everything we love about Canada into this one!
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp whole-grain mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp canola oil
1 McIntosh apple, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup thinly sliced radishes
4 tsp chopped chives
1/2 cup white cheese curds
COMBINE mayo with maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl.
WHISK vinegar with oil in a small bowl. Stir in apple, radishes and chives.
TOP hot dogs with cheese curds. Drizzle with maple mayo. Top with slaw.

Kitchen note: Cheese curds loose their squeakiness within 24 hours of production, after which they're still delicious, but less noisy.
Kitchen tip: This recipe makes enough for 8 hot dogs. We recommend the hot dogs be grilled and the buns toasted (for best results).
