4 leaves of fresh mint
2 tbsp whiskey, such as Jack Daniels
1 tsp granulated sugar
sparkling wine
In a bowl, crush mint leaves in Jack Daniels. Stir in sugar. Pour into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine made by the méthode champenoise. Do not use Prosecco; it won't be bubbly enough.
