The perfect start to any intimate dinner, our cocktail mixes passion fruit juice with champagne for real pizzazz. This is not a sweet drink – its tartness may make your lips pucker!
Stir champagne with passion fruit juice in a large measuring cup or pitcher. Taste and add sugar, if you like. Cut strawberries into eighths and divide half between 2 champagne flutes. Pour cocktail to rim of flutes. Refrigerate remaining cocktail until ready for more.

Always chill champagne or sparkling wine before opening. To chill it quickly, place bottle in a bucket with equal parts ice and cold water. Chilling will take about a half-hour.
