Champagne-and-passion fruit cocktail

The perfect start to any intimate dinner, our cocktail mixes passion fruit juice with champagne for real pizzazz. This is not a sweet drink – its tartness may make your lips pucker!

Instructions

  • Stir champagne with passion fruit juice in a large measuring cup or pitcher. Taste and add sugar, if you like. Cut strawberries into eighths and divide half between 2 champagne flutes. Pour cocktail to rim of flutes. Refrigerate remaining cocktail until ready for more.

Chilling the bubbly

Always chill champagne or sparkling wine before opening. To chill it quickly, place bottle in a bucket with equal parts ice and cold water. Chilling will take about a half-hour.
