Ingredients

  • 375 mL champagne or sparkling wine or 2 (200-mL) bottles, well chilled

  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) passion fruit or mango juice, chilled

  • 1 to 2 tbsp (15 to 30 mL) granulated sugar (optional)

  • 4 strawberries

Instructions

  • Stir champagne with passion fruit juice in a large measuring cup or pitcher. Taste and add sugar, if you like. Cut strawberries into eighths and divide half between 2 champagne flutes. Pour cocktail to rim of flutes. Refrigerate remaining cocktail until ready for more.
